I have played millions of rounds of 21. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still lost a lot of funds at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and play on a frequent basis. Over the years I have wagered on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this method or beat the casino, however you will experience an abundance of fun. This method is based on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I do not win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I don’t win again I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets extremely fun sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your bets go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a number of years back with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a couple of days ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!
